Key Responsibilities:

Learning Support:Work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Personalised Assistance:Provide one-on-one or small group support, focusing on each student's individual sensory and communication needs.

Build Strong Connections:Develop trusting and supportive relationships with students to ensure they feel safe and included.

Encourage Positive Behaviour:Use creative techniques to promote positive behaviour, adapting to each student's unique needs.

Assist with Personal Care:Support students with personal care tasks when needed, always respecting their dignity and privacy.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN students (paid or voluntary).
• A Level 2 or higher qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred but not required).
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/Level 2 or above) - required.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• A flexible, creative approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
