Role Overview

In this role, you'll work closely with teachers to provide classroom assistance, one-on-one support, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space for students.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support:

• Assist students individually or in small groups to support their learning and development.
• Encourage independence through structured activities and personal guidance.
• Nurture a supportive and positive learning environment.

Classroom Assistance:

• Help teachers plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Maintain an organised, safe, and engaging classroom.
• Report student progress to the teaching team.
