Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Support: Work alongside teachers to cultivate a supportive and inspiring classroom environment.
• Personalised Assistance: Deliver one-on-one and small-group support tailored to sensory and communication needs.
• Build Supportive Relationships: Foster trust and inclusion, helping each student feel respected and valued.
• Encourage Positive Behaviour: Use innovative approaches to promote positive behaviour, adapting to each student's needs.
• Personal Care Support: Provide dignified assistance with personal care, prioritising student comfort and privacy.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN students (voluntary or paid).
• Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred).
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/Level 2 or above).
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and child protection.
• Creative and flexible approach to diverse learning needs.
