Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Support: Collaborate with teachers to create a dynamic, supportive learning environment.
• Personalised Assistance: Provide individualised and group support, adjusting to each student's unique sensory and communication needs.

• Encourage Positive Behaviour: Implement strategies that foster positive behaviour tailored to individual needs.
• Personal Care Support: Assist with personal care while respecting students' dignity and comfort.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with SEN students (paid or voluntary).
• Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable).
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/Level 2 or above).
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Adaptable, creative approach to meeting diverse needs.
