Role Overview

In this role, you'll assist teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and create an inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support:

• Provide personalised support to help students develop academically and socially.
• Promote independence and resilience through structured activities.
• Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment.

Classroom Assistance:

• Help teachers plan and deliver lessons suited to SEN students.
• Maintain a well-organised and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and report back to the teaching team.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience working with children, preferably in SEN.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
• A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach.
