• Work 1:1 with a Year 3 child with autism, following their EHCP.
• Provide tailored support to bridge learning gaps and foster development.
• Lead group intervention sessions to boost confidence and progress.
• Build strong relationships with the child, staff, and parents.

Requirements - SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, preferably with autism.
• Knowledge of EHCPs and strategies to support SEN pupils.
• Patient, empathetic, and skilled at building trust.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for helping children with SEN achieve their potential.
