• Provide one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties).
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure students reach their full potential.

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred).
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their best.
• A relevant qualification or willingness to undertake training (desirable).
