Location: Croydon, LondonHourly Rate: £11.85 - £12.95 per hourAnnual Salary: £21,050 - £22,950 (Term-Time Only)Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Who are we looking for? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with children and young adults. Prior experience with SEN is desirable, but more importantly, we value your commitment to making a difference and your willingness to learn and grow.

Key requirements:

  • Experience with SEN (Highly Desirable)

  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

What will you do? In this role, you'll work 1:1, in small groups, and with whole classes to provide tailored support for students. You'll assist in creating engaging, interactive lessons and activities, working alongside a team of specialists to help every child reach their potential.
