• Work 1:1 as an SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting a child in EYFS.
• Help the child access learning and develop key skills in a nurturing environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN professionals to create tailored support plans.
• Play a key role in fostering the child's confidence and independence.

Requirements:

• Ideally, previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• A Level 3 childcare qualification is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting young learners.
