Do you have previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant within a secondary school setting?

• The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be required to support key stage 3 and 4 pupils
• You will be supporting pupils with learning disabilities, providing support and learning materials
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students, assisting with learning tasks and promoting their inclusion in classroom activities.
• Build a trusting and positive relationships with students and communicate according to their understanding
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to help build students resilience and confidence.
