• Provide targeted support to pupils with speech and language needs
• Assist with implementing strategies recommended by speech therapists and SENCO
• Support pupils' learning in class and during small intervention sessions
• Build positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and engagement

• Previous experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly speech and language needs
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Right to work in the UK
• A passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
