Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support students with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and sensory impairments.
• Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom teachers with differentiated learning activities.
• Encourage positive behavior, confidence, and social skills development in students.
