• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as a SEND Class Teacher to KS1 pupils with SEND, ensuring an inclusive and personalised approach to learning.

• Collaborate with families, therapists, and support staff to develop individual learning plans and EHCP targets.
• Champion inclusive education, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Work as a SEND Class Teacher within a passionate team to support students with a range of needs.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – with experience or a passion for working in SEND education.
• Understanding of SEND – Knowledge of autism, communication needs, and social-emotional challenges is essential
• Resilient & Compassionate – A teacher with a nurturing, adaptable, and patient approach to meet the needs of every child.
• Team Player – Willing to collaborate with a dynamic team to create the best learning experiences for pupils.
