SEN Learning Support Assistant – OrpingtonWe are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Orpington. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting.Requirements:

• Must have prior LSA experience in an educational setting.
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate is essential.
• Must be able to commute to Orpington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEN.
• Assist in implementing tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress to support their development.
