SEND Teacher September Start - Five Education : Job Details

The Role Five Education is looking for a teacher to teach a class in a special school in West London. The students in the school have a range of needs and all have either a statement of SEND or an EHCP. You will be responsible for planning and delivering materials to a small class, ensuring outcomes are met and tailoring activities to meet the individual needs of the children. You will be working with a specialized team of support staff and multi professions to ensure pupils' needs are fulfilled and strategies are put into place. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified teacher with SEND experience that would be comfortable leading a small class and have excellent knowledge of SEND. Essential Criteria

• QTS
• Experience in working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Relevant references and DBS/police checks, if required
• Availability to work five days a week (term time only), 8:30-15:30
