• Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Ability to provide support in classroom activities and individualized learning programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEND.
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SEND Coordinator.
