Role Overview:As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be a key figure in helping SEND students to succeed in a positive and inclusive learning environment. Working alongside teachers and support staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and small group support to students with SEND needs.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies tailored to each student's learning objectives.
