SEND Tribunal Officer - Essential Employment : Job Details

SEND Tribunal Officer needed in Worcester Paying  £319.79 per day 1395773

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Group Manager and SEND managers on statutory assessments and decisions

• Leading cross-county priorities and contributing to service development

• Representing the Client at SEND and Disability Tribunals

• Overseeing transitions between educational phases

• Directing and supervising the Area SEND team

• Ensuring compliance with Education Acts and SEND Codes of Practice

• Providing 1-1 supervision and coaching to team members

• Communicating effectively with schools, parents, and stakeholders

• Managing pupil casework and ensuring adherence to legislation and policies
