Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A Primary School in the Hyde area of Tameside is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their SEND unit, providing essential support to children with complex requirements.

• Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
• Working in a specialist SEND unit supporting children with a range of complex needs
• Providing tailored support to ensure children can access learning in a nurturing environment
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and supportive learning activities

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals, either in a school or care setting
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with additional needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A proactive and adaptable mindset to respond to individual learning needs
