What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing cutting-edge marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on 1-to-few and 1-to-1 campaigns. These campaigns will aim to generate demand and accelerate deals within strategic accounts, supporting the achievement of sales revenue goals.
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify high-value accounts for ABM campaigns, analyzing data, working closely with sales teams to understand priorities, and creating tailored messaging that aligns with account needs and pain points.
- Acting as the marketing business partner for specific industries, participating as a team member to drive growth initiatives and marketing activities.
- Creating quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and timely execution.
- Managing a flagship campaign focused on the Public Sector, including its continued growth and success.
- Researching industry sectors, organizations, and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customized campaigns that support the sales cycle.
- Coordinating with regional teams in Europe and Latin America to ensure effective implementation and execution of global/regional industry campaigns.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, industry, and proposition teams to deliver impactful communications to clients and prospects.
- Working with internal and external SMEs and agencies to produce clear, compelling content for campaigns and broader marketing efforts.
- Reporting campaign outcomes to stakeholders, continuously optimizing marketing tactics to achieve desired results.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination of marketing plans, campaign execution, and results.
- Overseeing the follow-up and nurturing of marketing-qualified leads, ensuring they flow effectively to sales and meet marketing contribution targets.

- Strong creative, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced presentation skills for leadership-level stakeholders.
- Financial and business acumen with strong analytical abilities.
- Organizational agility and the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business and with external partners.
- Extensive project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of business and marketing strategy, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations, and advertising techniques.
