Senior Account Executive / Branch Director - IPS Group : Job Details

Opportunity for a Senior Commercial Account Executive to take on a Branch Director position at an independent brokerage based in Warwickshire.Due to the current MD looking to take a step back and eventually retire in around 5 years’ time, my client seeks an experienced Commercial Account Executive who has ambitions to become an MD / Branch Director.The MD will ‘drip feed’ you his clients, eventually handing his whole book over to you to service alongside running the business. Initially you’ll receive c£100,000 of income to service, you’ll also be involved in senior level decisions, P&L and other areas of running the business.The ideal candidate will currently work at a commercial insurance brokerage and will have ambitions to move into a senior Director level position.In a perfect world you'll be ACII or DIP CII qualified, however this isn't essential and experience will always be just as good as qualifications for the right candidate. Package open to negotiations dependant on candidate.
