- Managing relationships with key accounts
- P&L responsibility +£10m
- Working with clients across Europe
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Forecasting sales and reporting on performance
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Mentoring and developing team members
- International travel
Profile
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
- A degree in business, marketing or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
