Role Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, offering high-quality accounting and advisory services
• Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback
• Working closely with clients, assisting with queries, and delivering exceptional client service
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Contributing to the development of the firm by identifying opportunities for business growth
• Developing technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified or equivalent with relevant UK practice experience
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities
• Passionate about personal development and career progression
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
