Role Responsibilities

• Preparation of year-end accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies
• Production of personal and corporate tax computations
• Handle bookkeeping, VAT returns, and bank reconciliations
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members
• Review accounts and tax returns prepared by junior staff, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering advice and support on financial and business matters

Candidate Requirements

• ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified with at least 3-5 years’ experience in practice
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and IRIS
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
• Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
• A self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities
