The Senior Accountant role is an integral part of the Accounting & Finance department with a specific focus on governance and control across the group structure requiring a keen eye for detail.

Description

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual accounting procedures, governance and control
• Participate in complex accounting for internal reporting
• Working closely with treasury team
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Ensure compliance with the law

Profile

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA or CIMA
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards and procedures
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent numerical skills with an attention to detail
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

Job Offer
