As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take the lead on managing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional service. Your key duties will include:

• Preparing and reviewing accounts for clients with turnovers between c.£500k and c.£500m
• Completing bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts
• Liaising directly with clients, building strong relationships, and offering proactive financial advice
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and added value for clients
• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice
• Expertise in preparing accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive attitude and a drive to succeed in your career

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
