Senior Accounts Assistant - RG Consultancy Ltd : Job Details

We are pleased to be working with an excellent SME Company based in Bradford and are looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be joining a team of 4 and reporting into the Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to do a varied role.

Duties:

• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasting
• VAT returns
• Purchase ledger; processing and matching invoices to a high standard
• Weekly payment runs
• Supplier reconciliations
• Assisting with month end; accruals/prepayment
• Assisting with management accounts
• Assisting balance sheet reconciliation
• Liaising with payroll bureau and submitting time sheets and information
• Other adhoc duties
