Description

• Overseeing all purchasing operations within the department.
• Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Managing and resolving any invoice discrepancies or issues.
• Preparing and processing payments for suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Liaising with other departments and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

• A qualification in accounting or related field.
• Proficient skills in financial software and MS Office.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Offer
