Job Description

  • Job Type: Permanent 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, office based in Oldbury 
  • Salary: £30,000 pa  

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented technical coordinator to join our Medical Devices team. This role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage deadlines and meet targets

  • To coordinate the Technical File Review Process within the UK
  • To be involved in the technical review & approval of CWS, Change forms, pre-audit questionnaires, UPM / TFM
  • To provide technical and systems support to Medical Device Auditors and Management Team
  • To be able to review and approve contract reviews when a signed proposal is returned and provide information to the administrative team for accurate AP3 processing
  • To assist the UK Medical Devices Team to achieve business objectives and targets including meeting KPIs
  • To provide a high level of customer satisfaction, internal and external including the  coordination of complex customer queries and complaints
  • To monitor and assess areas for improvement with regards to the processes undertaken by the Medical Devices Team and work with the Senior Team to implement where necessary

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Proven experience of working in an administrative environment at a senior level
  • Experience of using spreadsheets and databases in a working capacity
  • Experience of producing professional written communications
  • Experience with MS Office, Outlook and other software in general

Desirable Qualifications / Experience 

  • NVQ in Customer Service and/or Administration
  • Practical working knowledge of Medical Devices Regulations
