Senior Administrator - Twentyfour Recruitment Group : Job Details

An established residential property services firm that’s been making waves since its launch in 2019, continues its growth into the new year.

A chartered surveyor, this company has build its reputation for honest, friendly and fair work that has allowed for a sizeable market share in the north London area.

The job

There is a healthy and consistent flow of inbound enquiries, which need to be responded to, nurtured and developed.

This role calls for a friendly, professional approach. You'll engage with a mix of seasoned property experts and novices who need guidance and a softer touch.

To be great at this job, you'll be able to wear various hats and be strong with keeping on top of everything, as well as making sure sales admin is spot on too.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for residential Valuations and Home Surveys
• Handle in-bound and out-bound quotation follow-ups via phone and email
• Conduct desktop research to aid Surveyors and Valuers reports
• Assist with sales progression for clients selling under Compulsory Purchase terms
• Embrace technology and innovation in day-to-day tasks

Qualifications

• General understanding of the property industry (full training provided)
• Excellent telephone manner and rapport-building skills
• Highly organised and adaptable to stop-start nature of tasks
• Curious nature and interest in property
• Embraces technology and digital content creation

Day-to-day

• Spend time on websites like Rightmove for research
• Collaborate with clients, solicitors, and related professionals
• Work from the office and home with flexibility after the initial month

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on relevant experience

Location: Finchley, 4 dpw office based, 1 day remote

Type: Permanent, full time
