Senior Administrator - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

You'll be expected to complete the following duties:

• Accounts assistance as part of the financial administration element of this role
• Diary management, helping the director arrange meetings and events
• Client, visitor and team communication through phone calls and Outlook
• Assisting with the posting of social media content as well as managing physical media such as brochures
• Ad hoc administrative duties around the site where needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong administrative experience as part of a past role
• Stability within roles
• Varied backgrounds and experience are welcome - not strictly office based
• A car and a drivers' licence are a non-nonnegotiable requirement
• To live locally to Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge, or Bath
