About the role

We have exciting opportunities for 2 Senior Administrators to join our Asset Management team in Oldham on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. We currently offer a Hybrid working style.

As a Senior Administrator, you will join the Heating and Hot Water & Domestic Gas Team and support Contract Officers and the Contract Manager with delivering the on-going compliance requirements. You will ensure that compliance information and report are up to date and accurate, budget are on track ensuring customer and colleague queries are responded to swiftly.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for -

  • Monitoring the performance of contracts and/or suppliers ensuring quality and value for money.
  • Monitoring team email boxes.
  • Creating work orders and purchase orders.
  • Updating NEC (Asset Management System) in bulk and in front end of system.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor systems, registers, records and databases for the efficient inputting, storage and retrieval of data for generating reports.
  • Encourage the efficient flow of communication with other offices, departments, external customers and suppliers.
  • Produce accurate documentation/presentation materials through the typing of letters, reports and minutes.
  • Providing compliance reports to the wider team.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on own initiative.
  • Good oral and written communications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified to Level 4 in English & Maths (or equivalent)
