About the Role
Step into a transformative position where you will:
Lead the Way: Develop and support Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, HRSS, Learning Management, and more, ensuring their functionality evolves to meet user needs.
Drive Innovation: Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile product team to design and improve intuitive software solutions.
Embrace Best Practices: Write secure, reusable code using a test-driven approach, and assist in transitioning to modern interfaces as part of our Cloud ambitions.
Collaborate and Influence: Work alongside experts in ERP, platforms, databases, and networks, sharing knowledge, participating in peer reviews, and showcasing advancements through design playbacks and presentations.
Shape the Future: Identify improvement opportunities, present innovative solutions, and contribute to our collective success.
What You Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Expertise in Oracle: Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite, preferably R12, and proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL.
Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across all levels.
Agility: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe Framework) and tools like JIRA.
Technical Versatility: Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow, AME, UMX, OAF, ADF, BI Publisher, Web Services, SOA Gateway, or Oracle Forms is a plus.
Process Savvy: Knowledge of ITIL support processes, including release management.
