What role will you play? As a Senior Analyst or Associate in the Infra and Energy Capital team, you will play a key role in the investment of equity and structured capital from Macquarie's balance sheet into infrastructure opportunities. The role involves assessing principal investment opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence, market and industry research, negotiating commercial contracts, preparing investment memoranda and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, as well as supporting the technical, research and development aspects across all three verticals. In addition to evaluating new investment opportunities, you will also be involved in managing the existing portfolio which includes working directly with portfolio company management teams, evaluating add-on investments, refinancings, recapitalisation, and divestitures in order to recycle capital for new investment opportunities.
What you offer - 2-4+ years' of experience in financial services or industry across infrastructure, infrastructure funds, private equity or investment banking or related industry field. A background in Engineering, Mathematics, Management and Sciences will also be considered

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the credibility and professional polish to represent the infrastructure business both internally and externally at the most senior levels
