Senior Application Support Analyst - Oliver James : Job Details

My client; an International Insurance Business is looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst.

You will be joining their established 2nd Line Support Team & focusing across the following:

- Responsible for application support across all business applications.- Support end users with application issues, maintenance & service improvement. - Working closely with Stakeholders - internally & externally.- Acting as a coach/mentor to junior team members.- Understanding the functionality of applications.You will have experience across the following: - Knowledge of .Net Frameworks: including VB.net, C#, ASP.NET- Experience across SQL, SSIS & SSRS- Exposure across Application Monitoring - Ivanti/Quest/SolarWind

You must have Insurance or Financial Services knowledge to be considered for this role.
