Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an award-winning RIBA practice based in the Cotswolds.Due to a substantial amount of new projects, this practice of 25 is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with high end residential experience to join them. They are an employee-owned trust with the practice being known for developing junior staff, and a positive and caring work environment whilst being able to deliver projects of all sizes for their clients. As a practice they work on projects all across the UK but are considered one of the largest and most successful practices in the Cotswolds, working on estate projects within the region.Around 90% of the work is in conservation areas, so you’ll want to be passionate about that, or at least have an interest in that area of the industry! This includes a reasonable amount of listed building work. As I mentioned, this business is employee-owned, so there’s more of a collective voice as to how certain aspects of the business run.
