Senior Architectural Technician Stamford Area Salary £40,000 - £45,000 Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking for a new role in where you can work on some of the regions most exciting residential projects? Would you like to work with a dynamic, contemporary and established Architectural Practice now in a phase of growth and hoping to bring on a new level of senior individuals to the business? If you are an ambitious Senior Architectural Technician, wanting to work on your own projects, support & mentor a growing team and progress into higher positions, I’d love to hear from you! About the company?This medium sized Architectural Practice are currently in a growth phase and now looking for a talented individual to join their team, potentially 2 individuals at senior level starting with a Senior Architectural Technician, but would also consider an Architect looking for their next step. They’re working on projects both locally and nationally making every day different, with the chance for you to travel to site and see your projects through to completion. Working mainly in the residential sectors they are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running with AutoCAD and ideally Revit, AutoCAD essential and Revit advantageous. We are looking for an independent individual, someone who is at the stage where they can run their own small and large projects, or someone working towards this level. Residential projects, bespoke housing, extensions, refurbishments, estate houses, conversions, historical and listed buildings are what this Architectural practice are known for, but they also have started to sprinkle in there a number of more commercial schemes. Values in the millions, we’d expect the next individual to join their team to have similar experience. This practice has recently won a lot of new work so are looking to expand and push on with their ambitious plans. They are an established practice with a good local and national reputation. They have a sociable and outgoing workforce while offering good flexibility with how the work gets done.
