The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will boast technical excellence, a diverse portfolio of projects and extensive post qualification experience, along with proficiency in Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• A degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant degree
• Strong technical expertise
• Proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD
• Extensive Job running experience
• Working towards MCIAT is beneficial
• Experience across a range of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, residential
• Thirst to continue professional development and new technical solutions
• Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
• Substantial post qualification experience
• Experience across the later RIBA stages
• Passionate about sustainable designs and innovation
• Live locally to Manchester
