Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
• CIAT accredited, or working towards
• Extensive post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of current UK building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Lead and manage the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
• Produce detailed design packages and technical drawings using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and external consultants to ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to address technical challenges.
