Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the North Easts largest architectural practice who provide award winning services to a range of sectors which include Commercial, Education, Heritage, Hotels, and Industrial. They are on the lookout for a talented and independent Senior Technologist to join their team in their Durham offices

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a significant experience post architectural technology degree completion within a UK practice. The successful individual will need a broad range of experience across various sectors and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit. The successful individual will have experience of job running and working across all RIBA work stages.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Strong Post qualification experience within a relevant role in a UK practice
• Relevant degree within architectural technology
• CIAT registered
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience with AutoCAD would be advantageous
• Good experience across a range of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and residential
• Good experience in technical detailing for architectural projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience of job running
• Excellent communication and technical skills
• Full UK drivers' licence
