As a Senior Associate in the Corporation Tax team, you will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio, managing compliance, and handling technical matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance.
- Prepare and review corporation tax computations, including the relevant disclosures for financial statements.
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies, providing clear and practical guidance on technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and specialists on complex tax matters.
- Oversee the delivery of ad-hoc tax projects as needed.
- Build and maintain client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor on all matters related to corporation tax.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
Profile
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in corporation tax compliance and advisory.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and work independently.
- Ability to review and manage tax computations and financial disclosures.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience working within an accountancy practice is desirable.
