We are delighted to be working with this Northampton based law firm. They are recruiting for an Senior Associate Employment Solicitor on a permanent full-time basis.Salary: £80,000 - £100,000Typical duties include:

• Covering contentious and non-contentious matters
• Working within the Employment legal team
• Managing employment tribunal cases
• Giving advice on settlement agreements and grievance matters
• Researching and drafting documents
• Providing excellent customer care
• Keeping clients updated
• Managing different projects and files

Candidate specification:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or England and Wales
• A wealth of experience within Employment law
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Going above and beyond for clients
• An interest in marketing and team development
