Our client is a well-established independent legal practice based in Cheltenham with over 35 years of experience. They have an excellent reputation and offer a wide range of legal services to private clients and businesses.

Description

The Senior Associate Family Solicitor will deal with complex legal matters, such as:

• Child Arrangement Orders
• Divorce
• Matrimonial Finance
• Post Nuptial Arrangements
• Cohabitation Disputes

Profile

The successful Senior Associate Family Solicitor should:

• Be enthusiastic, friendly and positive. You must be able to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and all those you engage with.
• Have a minimum of 8 years PQE (although this does not preclude those with more or or less experience).
• Have a proven track record of proactively handling a varied caseload of private family matters.
• Have experience of supervising and mentoring more junior fee earners and trainees.
• Have a demonstrable track record of achieving career and financial (fee targets) goals and strong commercial awareness.
• Have experience of using case management systems.
