This is the opportunity to join an established, inclusive and collaborative business within investment banking giving you exposure to varied clients and unique projects.This role would suit a Senior Associate or similar with technology and Investment banking background looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.

THE ROLE:

• Private equity client coverage (Global Asset Managers group) in the Investment Banking business.
• Lead the preparation of industry, business and financial analysis related to strategic advisory and capital raising solutions for clients across all industries that Citi's private equity clients are involved in.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets across multiple geographies to develop client solutions and act as project manager.
• Lead and audit the creation of various detailed 3-statement financial models to value existing and potential private equity portfolio companies, with an emphasis on calculating cash flow and future debt paydown

THE PERSON

• Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures
• Experience creating financial analyses
• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Experience assisting with client development
• Ability to work with teams and track business development (collect research, analyze industry trends)
• Series 79 and 63 licenses
