Senior Associate - Private Equity Executive Search -Internal Recruitment / RPO

Basic Salary - £57,000 - £65,000 + bonus

Location: Mayfair / London City

My client is a leading consulting firm with a network of offices across the globe. They provide services to Private Equity Investors and their portfolio companies.

As part of their service offering, they provide Executive Search, talent Acquisition and RPO solutions.

They have just won an RPO solution with a global Private Equity client to take over and run the internal recruitment for the fund. My client is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join and manage the account working collaboratively to achieve hiring objectives. This role will require the Individual who joins to work on-site at the fund for 2 days per week. The rest of the week you will split time between office and home working

You will have the support of 2 researchers and onsite coordinatorand be expected to run end-end processes, manage stakeholders. You will also have support from the Partner leading the division.

What You’ll Do:As a senior associate you’ll:

• Lead & Deliver: Take charge of end-to-end recruitment and search projects globally, ensuring outstanding results.

• Inspire research team: take responsibility for guiding and motivating (2 researchers).

• Client management: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and adding strategic value.

• Source Top Talent: Use innovative headhunting techniques to identify exceptional talent for live and upcoming requirements

• Drive Success: Deliver exceptional outcomes while contributing to enhancing relationship

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in executive search or talent acquisition, ideally focussed on recruitment into Investment funds or wider financial industry
