Senior Auditor - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

Hays are excited to be working with a leading bank to hire a Senior Risk and Audit specialist on a contract basis.Working across all asset classes, you will have the following duties;

• Analyse and Remediate Issues: Provide support for high-severity IA and 2LoD issues
• Risk Data Review: Identify and remediate key themes impacting Market Operations.
• SOX Adherence and Governance: Partner with the business to facilitate workshops, ensuring effective end-to-end transaction flows, identifying key risks and controls, and confirming remediation plans.
• Actionable Insights: Fulfil ad-hoc requests to provide actionable insights for decision-making to senior leadership, managing data retrieval and analysis to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive exploration and experimentation in visualisation, reviewing the benefits and value of analytics techniques and tools, and recommending improvements.
• Assist with MCA test coverage as needed

To be successful you will need the following skills;

• Strong control design and testing
• Evaluating risk identification, advising on control design
• Document issue and corrective action plan (CAP) closures
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
