Are you an experienced Senior Bookkeeper looking to work for a company who truly values what you do?

A highly regarded Accountancy Firm with offices in Norwich are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper for their friendly business support team, offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000. The Business team is at the very core of the Firm and you will be assisting with outsourcing requirements for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will…

• Work closely with the wider business team and VAT specialists
• Assisting with a wide variety of bookkeeping tasks, preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Production of management accounts
• Regular client interaction and be their key contact

Requirements: As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will need…

• Experience in cloud accountancy packages such as QuickBooks and Xero
• Good general knowledge of VAT rates, VAT schemes, partial exemption
• Ability to post journals, reconcile banks and control accounts including PAYE and CIS
• Self-motivated and able to manage the workload of multiple clients, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
