A globally renowned construction consultancy are looking to enhance their Bristol team with a career-focused Senior Building Surveyor.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining their National Programmes team to support a variety of exciting schemes across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services including party wall, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employers agent, as well as contract admin and project management services too.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process.

• Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
• Experience within a similar consultancy environment
• Both project and professional experience
• Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
