From early planning stages through to project delivery, you will take a hands-on approach to manage each scheme, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.

• Lead commercial projects from inception to completion, managing every phase with a hands-on approach
• Oversee a diverse portfolio, focusing on high-value projects across refurbishments, repairs, and new builds
• Ensure project compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Engage in business development initiatives to cultivate new client relationships and enhance firm reputation
• Provide expert advice on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Proven experience in managing high-value commercial projects within a surveying or project management role
• Strong understanding of industry legislation, standards, and regulations
• Confident in client engagement and building new client relationships
• Effective in handling project timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
