Senior Building Surveyor - EC PROPERTY RECRUITMENT LTD : Job Details

An Independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property consultants, based in North-West  London is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team. The right person would be coming on board with a experience in Dilaps, Defect Analysis, Pre-acquisition Surveys, Project Management, Contract Admin and Schedules of Works

You would be working in a team of 7 surveyors and working across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. There are also very clear pathways of progression and development within the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ Years’ experience as a Building Surveyor in a consultancy setting
• MRICS beneficial, but not necessary
• Ability to work autonomously

Salary:

• £55,000 -£75,000 DOE
